In a thrilling overtime battle, Team Canada defeated the United States 86-72 to win the bronze medal at the FIBA Basketball World Cup. After trailing for most of the game, Canada rallied in the fourth quarter to force overtime. In the extra period, Canada outscored the USA 14-5 to secure the victory.
